    I ordered one battery from another company from the 2 of October, 2024 that company refused the order for what ever reason. I then found this company and ordered from them by the 8th -9th of October, this company didn’t send the battery until the 11th of October, 2024 I was told by another company that China has a holiday from the 1st of October to the 7th, so there was bits of delay. This company sent the battery and it took time but HK international air was used and got through customs finally to reach my city by the 21st of October. Since the 21st no response was given by the courier, there was no way to contact the courier because it was sent China Post. This company deserves the utmost respect because along the whole way they kept in contact with me but the courier there was no way to contact them nor get any answer or anything, I’m still grateful for the courier because everyone has their job and family to feed but I would not use another company that uses China Post.
