Match to the specifications. I am very pleased with this purchase. Tested with all voltages on both ports and it works 5/9/12/15/20 and variable 3.4-11V. The maximum power is 30-33W in all cases. The power conversion rate is around 90% so it heats up a little. Note #1: You could not use PD or QC with two ports. If you connect a second cable (even without any load) the output voltage falls back to standard 5V. Note #2: On the USB-C port there will be no voltage if your load is not PD or QC capable. The USB-A port works without any QC triggering, so it is usable with all 5V USB devices, even legacy hardware.
