It took 22 days to reach me six days It was still in the same place at their end it got to the Netherlands really quickly and then the Royal mail at Heathrow decided to just leave it in the warehouse for 10 days. It was never open by customs so I don’t know why it was held for 10 days I purchased this phone for My son was quite happy with it. He needs a tough phone because it’s always breaking, normal phones. He’s a little bugger for not charging his phone so with the 12,000 mah battery it’s quite good. If you can put up with waiting nearly a month to get the item then I would recommend this from the seller but if you can’t please do not believe because if you’re look at it they say you will get a refund after 40 days if you do not receive this item and then basing the delivery timescale on the 40 day period And fit to be sat in a warehouse for 16 days total overdue warehouses that is ridiculous they should pay a decent amount for postag
