I am a Radio Amateur and I have built and tested one of these ATU 1000 kit for over 4 months now. The kit is excellent. The components are entirely suitable for this application and the PCB is very well made. I was very annoyed to see a review that unfairly reported this kit as no good. This is a grossly inaccurate description of the kit. It is a kit. These kits have to be constructed by people with some assembly knowledge and skill. I had the need for another automatic matching unit so I bought a second one. I fully recommend this kit as being easy to build and use. The Firmware V3.2 in the PIC is very good as mine will lock on a match after half a second. The display is small but big enough to see the information. I bought another 2.4″ OLED from AliExpress for about $7 Australian with the same 4 hole design for the wiring. It suited my application better. I made my own enclosure for the kit. HisonAuto IPC store is a good reliable seller. 73 VK5LB.
