I ordered this phone for my 15-year-old daughter’s birthday, which was today. I’m extremely disappointed and highly upset because this phone is NOTHING like the Samsung phones, especially the S24 Ultra, which Ali Express compares it to/says it’s the same. First of all, I ordered an UNLOCKED phone so that my daughter’s Sim card would work in it, which it doesn’t. This alone, is beyond upsetting. This phone’s settings are nowhere near that of the S24 Ultra. I own the S23 Ultra and they’re nothing alike. I can’t turn on dark mode, can’t change the navigation settings, I’m unable to download some of the apps from the Play Store bc the apps are “incompatible” with this particular phone, etc. The list goes on. It’s very upsetting to find out that my daughter can’t even download her favorite app/game, “Genchin Impact”, bc it’s once again, “incompatible” with the phone. That’s the thing my daughter was looking forward to the most. I’m quite embarassed! Save your money!! **TERRIBLE BUY**
