We have independently developed a new charger with anti reverse function for large display screens.
Special instructions for 60A /85A chargers: first plug the charger into the power supply—–look at the voltage—adjust the voltage—–then connect the load—–and then adjust the current.
Step1: Do not connect the battery to the charger, turn on the power, adjust the voltage knob to adjust the voltage, refer to the voltage display at the top of the display, (4S lifepo4 battery 3.65 v*4=14.6V, 3S lithium battery 4.2v *3=12.6V), adjust to the voltage you need (you can adjust the voltage in combination with a multimeter. The display will have a small error.).
The usage method of a 40A charger is as follows: First use: Connect the power supply first, adjust the voltage you want, then connect the battery, the charger display screen will turn off, unplug the power plug and plug it in again, it will display normal charging, and adjust the charging current.
Second use (the voltage has been set for the first time, no need to set it again later) — Connect the battery first (it is important to protect the charger) — Then connect the power — Follow the second step for all subsequent uses.

As long as the power is connected, the fan will start working. It is recommended to disconnect the power cord and battery charging interface after fully charging。
Q: If the power cord is thin, will there be a danger of heat or fire?
Answer:Our power supply is a custom wire, which is pure copper wire, it will not affect your use, don’t worry too much。
Q: Can the output line withstand such a large current?
Answer: We are all strictly tested at full current, use it with confidence。
Q: Why does the voltage drop after we connect the battery, do I need to adjust it again?
Answer: After the charger output is connected to the battery, the voltage displayed on the display is the voltage between the battery voltage and 14.6V, and there is no need to adjust it. As the battery is slowly charged, the voltage will rise。
Q: Why can’t the voltage of my power supply adjust without the battery being connected?
Answer: In this case, there should be a problem with the adjusted resistance in the charger. At this time, customer service needs to solve it. It is necessary to replace the voltage and current control board inside. It is easy to replace it yourself.
Q: Why is the charger noisy?
Answer: Because it is a high-current charger, the fan needs to run at high speed. We use a better fan, but in order to dissipate heat, it is inevitable that there will be a little noise, but the noise decibel is within the acceptable range.
Q: If the positive and negative poles are reversed, will the machine burn out?
Answer: If it is found that the positive and negative connections are reversed, remove it immediately. At this time, the probability of the machine being damaged will be very small. If it is reversed for a long time, it will cause the power supply to burn out. Be careful when using it.
