    Processing was slow but the package came in just 2 weeks.
    Phone is accurate with no damage at all but the charger is a 33w only. You may need to buy a separate 67watt from the actual xiaomi store if you dont like the 33watt but overall it’s good with free 2 screen protectors!

    Very dissatisfied with the product. This is not Poco F5, but the converted Redmi Note 12 turbo (they said in the service, and it also beats on the Xiaomi site on IMEI), and this is half a problem. Phone showing full reception not received calls/SMS and outgoing passes 50 by 50. The firmware is old version 1.0.3.0.umrmixm and is not updated, writes an error.
    Support was offered to go to the service with him, they counted the repair in 25 rubles, and what do I need it for?! Support offers to repair at your own expense in the service, and only then get money for the phone, which is cheaper than the repair.
    And yes, there have also been cases of a simcard dump, but not frequent.
