The phone I selected online, was not advertised as used in any way, I checked and even my wife did….Now that I mention it today, I can see that the seller has changed the description
I received the phone recently and notice some paint off the camera and the usb-c plug, furthermore, the adapter is not the original neither was the packaging at all. The battery lost 35% in one day after charging it fully.
I ordered couple years ago a redmi note pro, NEW on ALIEXPRESS and it performs way better that the phone I just received.
They price the phone like it is new but then you are actually getting a really poor quality second hand phone.
Their customer service is really poor and such a hassle now for me to deal with this non sense and get my money back.

Be very careful with this type of items and shops, I had a bad experience, I bought and paid a telephone Redmi Note 13 Pro seeds-nine and received a restored copy, without an IMEI number, I opened a dispute to recover money and the seller did not do it I was willing to pay the re-shipment fee, in the end I only recovered € 30.

Clear camera and good charging speed. yet to test battery lifeand network reception. Expected black/grey back case but received a clear TPU case. Overall good service i would recommend.

The only thing that will tell you that this phone is using our brand new is one word and that’s it, I’m mistakenly thought this phone was new but it’s been charged 450 times so basically almost used for two years and funny part is price difference between this phone and a brand new one was less than $10 I regret buying it, save your money and avoid this seller 100%. I tried to get even a partial discount The person was very rude, unapologetic, so I just gave up. how can you sell a phone that’s been used for almost 2 years for $10 less than everyone else is selling it on here clearly this is a scam, be aware all the used phones are in terrible rough conditions spend $10 more and buy it new from someone else !
