It’s good that I follow the tracking of the shipment, that the player arrived already on December 3rd at the customs, but I never received any message and I sent them the documents myself and after paying a 50 euro fee, I received it today. The player is a replacement for my at least 5-year-old fiio m9 and it cost me almost the same money, but it has, let’s say, 10% better sound and maybe more, a bigger screen with a higher resolution and a lot more functions, although i only listen to my music on the memory card. In general, I recommend the player, and honestly, after listening to it with several models of headphones, I don’t think that those at a price 4-5 times its price surpass it by much.

What a platform that does what it wants with the buyer. FACUA Spain is already aware of everything that you have not fulfilled. Rats. Watch out! The seller written that the price includes VAT and I will only have to pay customs, but It occured that is not true and I had to pay VAT tax which is 23%. I have written to the shop for refund and they refused and told that this info that „VAT tax is INCLUDED in the price” was written not by human but by chatbot so I need to pay VAT TAX. Embarassing approach to customer! I strongly dont recommend to buy in this shop.
