I have read some reviews I have seen where they are doing nothing but complaints about the phone one person said it was trash has possibly never had something other than name brand in his life before as this phone is far from trash. The phone I got is indeed exactly what the description reads. I am able to use more than 3 apps at a time. The 5g connects perfectly zero issues. The screen is excellent. Camera at first was great was grainy but I brought it to my friend and he showed me how to change settings for the cameras and now it takes really nice photos. So I’m overall very happy. These phones I bought will be use for my company and I couldn’t be any happier. So to those that are complaining i say either have not fully read the description and just assumed they were Samsung or name brands and never saw where it literally reads neutral no brand or just wanted to complain.

    209GB used?? Brand new, out of the box, not even one file or app installed.

    I reckon it’s falsified configuration so it can be sold as false advertising.

    Battery fully charged but gone down 85% without touching for 1/2 day, no app installed.

    Can’t take screenshot with power + volume down keys.

    Will never buy a Chinese phone again. I have had a few and none can meet advertised.
